Microsoft Outage Breaks Sites, Windows Store, Xbox, And Other Services
Microsoft is experiencing an outage that causes website content not to display correctly and for the Microsoft Store app to fail to load.
When visiting www.microsoft.com, subdomains on windows.com, or xbox.com, visitors are met with either a broken website layout or an error stating that “Your request has been blocked. This may be due to several reasons,” as shown below.
As the Microsoft Store app pulls its data from the microsoft.com website, it also prevents the Microsoft Store app from loading. When attempting to do so, the app will display an error stating that the “Page could not be loaded.”

Unfortunately, various Microsoft status pages are also affected, making it impossible to see if Microsoft is working on the problems.
Update 11:45 PM EST: The sites appear to be working again and Microsoft Store can be accessed.
BleepingComputer has contacted Microsoft about the outage but has not heard back.
This is a developing story.
