New ModPipe Point Of Sale (POS) Malware Targeting Restaurants, Hotels Cybersecurity researchers today disclosed a new kind of modular backdoor that targets point-of-sale (POS) restaurant management software from Oracle in an attempt to pilfer sensitive payment information stored in the devices.
